Architectural Standards and Rules-Color scheme and Design Standards

All plans for changes to any the exterior architecture, structure or appearance of your home must be submitted for approval to the Association on the Threechopt Village Homeowners Association's Architectural Request Consent form. The exterior of all homes, including trim and doors, are to be repainted using only  Threechopt Village approved standard color scheme for each unit.
